Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all our UK and international deliveries. Your purchases are generally sent 1st Class unless otherwise indicated.

UK orders are at a flat rate. Europe, USA and Rest of World are subject to additional fees based on the quantity of books sold. Our shipping fees and approximate delivery times are as follows:

Occasionally for larger consignments we will use UPS Next Day. Your shipping fee still applies and a tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch.

Your order is packaged in a recyclable cardboard bookwrap. Gift wrapped items where indicated include additional packaging and do not include your delivery note. Please email us if you would like a separate copy of your order confirmation and/or delivery note.

Your consignment is not sent using Royal Mail’s signed-for or recorded delivery services. Please allow up to 10 working days in the UK (25 days for Rest of The World) from your order completed email for your book/s to arrive.

In the unlikely event that your purchase has still not arrived after this time, then please get in touch and we shall arrange either a new delivery or a full refund.

Returns

Buyers’ protection: should you be unhappy with your book purchase then please return your book, in its original saleable condition, within 30 days of receipt of your order and we shall be happy to provide a full refund via PayPal.

In the unlikely event that your book/s arrive damaged in transit, then please get in touch with us straight away and we shall be happy to arrange either a new delivery if stock is available, or a full refund.

We regret we cannot make any other obligation to you with regards to returns other than to make good any shortages, replace any damaged goods or issue a refund from your original method of payment, as described above.
